Class Title - Healing the inner child
Class Description ? Our subconscious is still vulnerable like a little child. This part of ourselves needs to be welcomed, understood, loved and educated.
What will be covered in the class? How to get to know and accept and then heal this very important part of ourselves.
You will learn from the following from class:
1. Contacting the inner child.
2. Possible childhood experiences that need to be healed.
3. Methods of expressing and releasing childhood feelings and memories.
4. Methods for healing and transforming childhood experiences.
5. Energy Psychology for removing the emotional charge from childhood experiences.
(The last two subjects may take extra classes.)
Important note: Some people may need personal guidance during this process and perhaps should not follow this course if they feel that it might upset them. If you are taking medication for unwanted emotions or are under the guidance of a psychiatrist or psychologist, then you will need their written permission to follow this course.
Who is this class suited to? All those who would like to free themselves from negative emotions, beliefs or habits that originate in childhood experiences. Also, all life coaches, psychotherapists, psychologists, preachers and others interested in helping others do the same.
Number of lessons: Three + more if necessary.
