Class Description ? We often make the mistake of believing that we are responsible for the others¢ feelings, health, happiness, success and satisfaction. We also tend to blame the others for our reality. Learn to take responsibilit for your reality and allow others to have responsibility for theirs.
What will be covered in the class? Concepts and methods for understanding yourself and the others in such situations. How to cultivate the patience, love and inner strength necessary to deal with negativity.
You will learn from the following from class:
1. To clarify the beliefs that cause us to feel responsible for the others¢ reality.
2. To clarify the beliefs that cause us to feel that others are responsible for our reality.
3. To determine who is in fact responsible for what.
4. To take back responsibility for our reality and allow others to have responsible for theirs.
5. To communicate with others concerning how we would like our relationship to be.
Who is this class suited to? All persons seeking to free themselves from complicated codependent behaviors in their relationships. Also, all life coaches, psychotherapists, psychologists, preachers and others seeking to help those involved in destructive codependent behaviors.
