Class Description ? Our basic nature is love. The main obstacle to love is fear. We will learn to identify and remove the main obstacles to love so as to love others more freely and steadily.
What will be covered in the class? Concepts and t"chniques for removing the obstacles to love and opening our hearts to others.
You will learn from the following from class:
1. How to identify your obstacles to loving.
2. Concepts for overcoming these obstacles.
3. Methods for opening the heart.
4. Positive Visualization for the Love Focus.
5. Energy Psychology for removing fears to loving.
(The last two subjects may take extra classes.)
Who is this class suited to? All those who would like to experience deeper and steadier love. Also, all life coaches, psychotherapists, psychologists, preachers and others interested in helping others open their hearts.
