BE SET FREE FAST(TM) [BSFF(TM)] is a highly focused Energy Therapy method for eliminating the emotional roots and self-limiting belief systems that are embedded in the subconscious mind, and which automatically determine and control most of our experience, self-expression and behavior. These unresolved negative emotions and beliefs create and maintain psychological and physical symptoms, which automatically result in mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and life adjustment problems, including many medical, and health problems. BSFF eliminates these subconscious programs quickly and gently. BE SET FREE FAST(TM) is a descriptive acronym for "Behavioral & Emotional Symptom Elimination Training For Resolving Excess Emotion: Fear, Anger, Sadness & Trauma." BSFF readily eliminates the same emotionally-based problems as all of the Energy Therapies. It is believed that BSFF works at deeper psychological levels than other Energy Therapies by specifically and purposefully treating the unresolved emotional roots and the belief systems that are operating automatically in the person's subconscious mind. Using thought energy and the power of the subconscious mind, BSFF requires only one simple treatment step to access and use the power of the subconscious mind to eliminate every identified problem. Amazingly such problems as fears, phobias, angers, sadness, procrastination and unforgiveness are gently and quickly eliminated. The same simple step is used to eliminate multiple problems that can cause a treated problem to return. The simple, gentle BSFF procedure was developed and refined over the past sixteen years by Larry Phillip Nims, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist who was trained in the "Callahan Techniques" in 1990. Dr. Nims was among the first few professionals trained by Dr. Callahan, and has been in the forefront of new developments in the Energy Therapies. BSFF directly addresses the subconscious processes that establish and trigger debilitating and dysfunctional reactions. It rapidly and gently eliminates problems, even when the person does not know what the problems are. All that is required is that the client notice a "problem" with their conscious mind. Focusing conscious attention on the problem during treatment is not required. Many treatment issues may have multiple problems (sometimes called aspects) to treat, including those that are called Psychological Reversals. Psychological Reversals are treated with the same algorithm as all other problems. This allows for a seamless treatment sequence, which is easy for clients to understand and to execute, and it optimizes the likelihood that clients will use the treatments on their own. Dr. Nims strongly believes in training clients to treat themselves. He wants them to be set free and to be empowered to optimally guide and direct their own lives. The Principles of BSFF Understanding and incorporating all these concepts and theoretical principles is essential to effective treatment. ? Problems are caused by a combination of unresolved emotions and beliefs. ? Thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are controlled and limited by subconscious programming. ? Beliefs determine the purpose, timing, duration, and frequency of psychological symptoms and behaviors. ? Thorough treatment of all relevant problems in these issues is crucial. Dysfunctional belief systems and emotional roots must be eliminated (not merely alleviated) in order to achieve lasting psychological freedom. ? A complete history of all psychological issues is recorded in the subconscious mind. ? The subconscious mind is our "faithful servant." ? Subconscious information can be accurately accessed through skillful use of muscle testing, intuition & clinical insights. ? Conscious identification of a problem is not necessary for effective treatment. Notice it¯treat it! ? Every specific problem, including psychological reversals, can be eliminated instantly with a single algorithm (treatment procedure). ? BSFF can effectively treat every psychological, physical, or spiritual problem that has emotional roots. For what Purposes is BSFF used? BSFF can treat most any problem addressed in the various energy therapies or in any psychological treatment method. When combined with insight, experience, and practice, you can do amazing things with BSFF. Again, with persistence, clear intention, and commitment to your own well being, you can do some wonderful things for yourself and others with BSFF. In most cases BSFF is very effective even over the telephone. I know that this seems "too good to be true." But, for many years now, people all over the world and I have achieved remarkable results in all of these areas of treatment. Here are some of the problem areas where BSFF can help. ?Low self-esteem and self-concept, self-doubt or self-confidence, feeling unworthy or undeserving, confusion, indecisiveness, self-distrust ?Self-judgment, self-criticism, self-rejection, blame, shame, unforgiveness ?Reduced mental, emotional, physical and social skills, talents, and personal effectiveness ?Poor personal effectiveness & weak ego strength ?Dysfunctional and unsatisfying relationships, distrust, inability to experience intimacy or to connect with others ?Lack of personal fulfillment or satisfaction, boredom ?The need to be in control ?Poor business and financial decisions and self-limiting income, striving but not achieving in work, school, sports or financial pursuits ?Psychological aspects of poor health and physical functioning, low energy, fatigue, body pains, allergies, rashes, infections, low immunity ?Lack of zest for living, inability to embrace and enjoy life, shut down, numb ?Phobias, anxieties, fears, dread, worry, apprehension, insecurity, procrastination, immobilization ?Loneliness, abandonment, isolation, feeling empty ?Depression, despair, discouragement, disappointment ?Guilt, shame, embarrassment, self-consciousness, shyness ?Anger, rage, resentment, bitterness, unforgiveness toward self and others ?Sadness, grief, sorrow, deep hurt, helplessness, hopelessness, discouragement, despair, heartache, heartbreak, remorse ?Loss of love and fear of the pain from loss of love ?Underachieving sports performance and physical skills and ability ?Addictions, inability to control emotions, thoughts or behaviors (weight, smoking, drugs, gambling, sexuality) ?Poor sexual performance and satisfaction, sexual dysfunction Very often, additional unfortunate results of years of subconscious programming can greatly contribute to debilitating medical and health problems. These may include allergies, substance sensitivities, degenerative diseases, physical pains, and immune deficiency diseases. With BSFF we are only treating psychological components of physical problems. These often respond very well to BSFF treatments. We are not addressing medical problems or treatments in BSFF. Yet, some remarkable physical/physiological changes result when the psychological components of them are removed with BSFF. This is especially common in treating the emotional components in pain and muscle tension symptomologies.
