Related Studies        I have studied Yoga in 1997 from the Sivananda Center in Kerela India and further
                              studies at the Satyananda School in Bihar India 2001. 

Other Studies           When I finished school I studied to be a secretary in Dublin Ireland and worked
                              for many years as a secretary.

I am the oldest in a family of 3 girls my parents were separated when I was at the age of 9 yrs old. This is where my life changed and took a turn for the worst. 

I was emotionally abused by my parents especially my mother for most of my life.

In 1990 I married a Cypriot went to live in the USA for 2 years until he finished his studies there.  When he had finished we came to live in Cyprus. 

In 1993 I met 2 people who changed my whole life 1 was a very spiritual man who is an Ayurvedic Doctor who was the catalyst for the transformation and the 2nd person was a yoga teacher whom the doctor had recommended.  My yoga teacher was a former student of Robert Najemy and through her I had 1 year of the emotional harmony classes and this was the trigger that also changed my life. Due to the healing I got I wanted then somehow to help others with similar problems as myself lack of love and self worth. 

My next step was to learn to teach yoga as I had been attending yoga now for 3 years. The changes were happening in my life the doors were starting to open and then I was ready for Reiki Healing now I had some extra tools to start to work deeper with myself and I have been continuing this and try to help other since then. 

I have a small Yoga Centre in Limassol where I give Reiki Therapy too.  My center is above my husband’s computer shop.  I am working in the day doing office work but I am so blessed to have my own beautiful center up stairs which I never would have dreamed off all those years ago.

At the moment my life is quite full, day and night.  The main reason I am doing this course is to learn the techniques to help others so I can dig down faster and understand the emotional psyche of people and help them understand themselves.  At the same time learning more about myself too.
