GUIDELINES FOR POSITIVE THOUGHT PROJECTION

A. THE BODY POSITION- STRAIGHT WHILE THE MUSCLES COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED

B. THE SURROUNDINGS SHOULD BE PROTECTED FROM DISTURBANCES. IF ALONE DISCONNECT THE TELEPHONE. BETTER TO BE ALONE UNLESS OTHERS ARE ALSO PARTICIPATING WITH YOU.

C. THE TECHNIQUE 1. TAKE 5 TO 10 SLOW DEEP BREATHS

2. NOW TAKE THREE DEEP BREATHS, HOLD YOUR BREATH WHILE FOCUSING ON THE FOREHEAD, AND THEN WHILE EXHALING, IMAGINE THE NUMBER THREE FLASH IN THE MIND THREE TIMES. THEN DO THE SAME WITH THE NUMBER TWO THREE TIMES AND THEN THE NUMBER ONE THREE TIMES.

3. CHECK THE BODY AND RELAX THE PARTS WHICH ARE NOT COMPLETELY RELAXED.

4. COUNT BACKWARDS FROM 10 TO 1. WITH EACH NUMBER FEEL YOUR BODY AND MIND FALLING INWARD INTO A DEEPER AND DEEPER STATE OF RELAXATION.

5. IMAGINE THAT YOU ARE IN A PLACE IN NATURE (REAL OR IMAGINARY) WHERE YOU FEEL EVEN MORE PEACEFUL AND RELAXED.

6. IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE PERFORMING THIS TECHNIQUE FOR CHANGING A SPECIFIC NEGATIVE THOUGHT FORM, THEN CREATE A MIRROR IN YOUR MIND WITH BLUE LIGHT AROUND IT. IN THIS BLUE RIMMED MIRROR IMAGINE YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHT FORM - YOUR NEGATIVE BELIEF - OR YOUR SELF AS YOU WERE BUT WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE ANYMORE.

7. NOW SMASH THIS MIRROR INTO PIECES AND SEE THE OLD THOUGHT FORM TOTALLY DESTROYED. NEVER TO BE CREATED AGAIN. THUS WHEN DOING THIS AFTER THE FIRST TIME WITH EACH SPECIFIC SUBJECT WHICH YOU WANT TO CHANGE OR WORK ON, YOU WILL NEVER RECREATE THE BLUE RIMMED MIRROR BUT WILL BYPASS PARTS 6 AND 7 AND GO DIRECTLY FROM NO. 5 TO NO. 8.

8. NOW BRING TO MIND YOU POSITIVE AFFIRMATION WHICH YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROGRAM INTO YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.

A. REPEAT IT THREE TIMES, FEELING IT AND LETTING IT PASS DEEPLY WITHIN YOU.

B. NOW REPEAT IT THREE MORE TIMES IMAGING THAT YOU ARE DECLARING THIS TRUTH TO YOUR FAMILY AND THAT THEY ACCEPT AND AFFIRM IT.

C. NOW REPEAT IT MENTALLY THREE MORE TIMES IMAGINING THAT YOU ARE SHOUTING IT WITH SUCH POWER THAT IT IS HEARD THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE. IMAGINE YOUR MENTAL SHOUT REACHING THE FAR REACHES OF THE UNIVERSE.

9. NOW IMAGINE YOUR NEW POSITIVE THOUGHT FORM OF YOUR SELF, AS YOU WOULD LIKE YOU BE. AS YOU WILL BE WHEN YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR BELIEFS SYSTEM. IMAGINE HOWEVER THAT YOU ARE THAN WAY NOW ALREADY. THIS CAN BE DONE IN A WHITE RIMMED MIRROR.

10. IMAGINE YOURSELF WITH INNER SECURITY AND SELF-CONFIDENCE IN ALL SITUATIONS. IMAGINE YOURSELF FEELING PEACEFUL, COMFORTABLE AND LOVING WITH ALL PERSONS, INCLUDING YOUR SELF.

11. CREATE POSITIVE IMAGES CONCERNING ANY OTHER SUBJECTS WHICH ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU.

12. SLOWLY COUNT FROM 1 TO 5 RETURNING TO WAKING CONSCIOUSNESS.

SOME GUIDELINES:

1. WORK ON YOUR OWN CHARACTER TRANSFORMATION RATHER ON CHANGING THE WORLD AROUND YOU.

2. SEND LIGHT AND LOVE TO OTHERS WITHOUT SPECIFYING WHAT SHOULD ACTUALLY HAPPEN IN THEIR LIVES.

3. BE REGULAR PRACTICING AT LEAST ONCE A DAY BUT TWICE OR THRICE WOULD BE EVEN BETTER.
