Through prayer and sincerity, we can become transformers of spiritual energy into beneficial works here on the material level. Just as plants take the light energy of the sun and use it to create sugar, starch and other forms of food, we too can take spiritual energy and use it to manifest thoughts, ideas, words and actions which have the potential to make this world a better place. Through our daily meditations, we can receive spiritual energy, which we can then share with those around us in the form of love, compassion, understanding and service. This will give us happiness and contentment, and because life is a mirror, we will be surrounded by love and harmony. BELIEF IN OURSELVES We need to believe in our inner feelings. We may make mistakes in the beginning. We may go down some dead ends or go to extremes. The only way to get in touch with our inner voice is to believe in it and act upon it. At times, it will be the voice of the ego, but gradually we will develop discrimination and will be able to tell the one voice from the other. We are here to perform certain functions designed benefit ourselves and the world simultaneously. We will be happy only when we connect with our specific roles. Those who already have will know because they are happy, fulfilled and in harmony with themselves and the environment. This does not mean that everyone will love us, but that we will love them regardless of their feelings towards us.
