Letters asking for forgiveness from others, God and ourselves 2. Psychodrama in which a psychologist or facilitator plays the role of the person we want to ask forgiveness from and does active listening while we ask for forgiveness. The person doing the active listening should verify that the questions in the above questionnaire Analysis of Moments in Which We Feel or Have Felt Shame, Guilt or Self-doubt, are been answered as well as possible. 3. The same psychodrama can be done with a picture or a wall. 4. We can then go directly to that person and ask forgiveness verbally or if we feel more comfortable with a letter. 5. Repentance, Confession and Holy Communion can be very healing for those who believe in it.
