This posture will require some strength in the arms as well as balance. Knees on the mat. Place your hands just slightly apart on the floor in front of you, with the fingers pointing back toward your toes. Bring your abdomen forward and rest it on your elbows. Now finding your balance, lift your legs and head becoming horizontal to the earth. This can also be done in the Lotus.
