Place your hands on a horizontal bar and let your legs relax as they bend at the knees allowing your weight to pull the spine downward, opening the space between the vertebrae.

Contraindications: Serious lower back problems, hernia

Benefits: The spine is stretched and opened allowing the bones, tendons, muscles and nerves to be freer to function.
