1. Observe your energy level throughout the day and record what you observe every evening.

b. Which are the hours of low energy?

2. After observing your energy levels for one week, indicate on this chart your usual energy level at various times of the day. Use the symbol "+" for high energy, "o" for medium energy and "-" for low energy.
