The last paragraph of the previous exercise (f.) can be done alone and does not need a guide as the earlier part of the exercise did. This is a wonderful relaxation for all; and is extremely healing on all levels of our being. After entering into the state of relaxation, imagine your self at various stages of your life and imagine your self as you are today approaching and hugging and expressing love and acceptance to your self exactly as you were without any changes whatsoever.

Forgive any guilt which you had about any mistakes which you made. Realize that those mistakes were made out of ignorance and lack of experience. Let go of all feelings of inadequacy and realize that you are a soul in the process of evolution, and that you are continually learning. In this way, work through various images of that past, stopping at each and feeling acceptance and love for your self in each case. If you had any injuries in the past imagine yourself sending healing energy to that part of your body, then in the past. It may seem strange to you, but it may be possible to change the present and future by changing the past - since they all exist, in reality, in the present, which is the only reality.
