Back To Index THE CODE USED IN THE EXERCISE SERIES
In order to facilitate your use of these series, the following codes will be used: T - TIMES (how many times the exercise is repeated) M - MINUTES (the length of time a technique should be performed, unless there are difficulties, in which case they can be done for less time. In cases where you have performed an exercise for a number of months and feel comfortable with it, you can gradually increase the time) R - RIGHT (exercises are sometimes performed first with the right leg or arm and then the L - left.
